Counter Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification that must include the following:

- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, along with the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your location (or, if outside the United States, in the jurisdiction where JobPortalWeb is located), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice.
Repeat Infringers
JobPortalWeb reserves the right to terminate accounts or access of users who repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
