The Sindh Human Capital Investment: 1000 Days Integrated Health and Population Program, a project by the Health Department Sindh, invites applications for multiple contract-based positions. These positions are (Technical Advisor, Communication and Media Specialist, Social Safeguard & Gender Specialist, Monitoring and Evaluation Officer, Microfinancing/Livelihood Officer, and Sub-Engineer (Civil/Electrical). Criteria for the Health Department Sindh:
1. Technical Advisor (PPS-10)
- Age Limit: 55 years
- Qualification: Postgraduate degree in Public Health or related fields, with 10+ years of experience in technical leadership roles focusing on RMNCAH-N.
2. Communication and Media Specialist (PPS-9)
- Age Limit: 50 years
- Qualification: Postgraduate in Communications, Journalism, or similar, with 3+ years of experience in media relations and communication strategies.
3. Social Safeguard & Gender Specialist (PPS-09)
- Age Limit: 50 years
- Qualification: Master’s in Social Sciences or related fields with 3+ years of experience in gender equity and social safeguards.
4. Monitoring and Evaluation Officer (PPS-08)
- Age Limit: 45 years
- Qualification: Postgraduate in Social Science or related field, with 3+ years of experience in program planning and monitoring.
5. Microfinancing/Livelihood Officer (PPS-08)
- Age Limit: 45 years
- Qualification: Master’s in Business Administration or related fields with expertise in rural development and project management.
6. Sub-Engineer (Civil/Electrical) (PPS-07)
- Age Limit: 45 years
- Qualification: Bachelor’s in Civil/Electrical Engineering with experience in health facility designs, MS Project, and Primavera.
