Criteria For the Pakistan Television Corporation Limited:
1. Programs Production:
Requirements range from a Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences (16 years of education) to a middle pass depending on the role, with relevant experience in media, drama, and program monitoring.
2. Current Affairs:
16 years of Social Sciences, Languages, or Literature education with at least 2nd division.
3. News:
Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Political Science, or IR, with at least 2nd division.
4. Finance Cadre:
B.com/BBA/BS/Associate Degree in Finance/Accounting or MBA/M.com with a minimum of 2nd division or equivalent CGPA.
5. Engineering:
3-year Diploma in Electronics, Telecom, or Computer Technology with 2nd division.
6. Marketing:
MBA with marketing specialization or graduate degree with relevant experience.
7. Personnel/HR:
MBA/MPA/BBA/BS in HR with a minimum of 2nd division.
8. Administration:
Intermediate or Matric with a certificate in Office Automation or IT, shorthand, typing, or valid HTV license (role-specific).
9. Professionals (Broadcast Media):
Minimum 16 years of experience in broadcast media with extensive expertise.
